Hi All! I am Christina! I'm a 42 year old aspiring author. I live in Aurora, South Dakota with my husband, 4 cats, 2 dogs, a duck, and a slough of fish. Hobbies aside from writing include camping, gardening, and Martial Arts.
Publishing a book has always been a dream of mine. I have always been a great story teller, and have been told that I have a talent for writing. My Sophomore English teacher actually wanted to help me get published, but at that time, I did not have the motivation to make it happen.
I suffered from a long period of Writer's Block, after adult life became a reality. There were many reasons, but the best way to describe it is simply that as responsibilities increase, they kind of decrease creative ability. After some encouragement from friends and family, I took some experiences from my own life, and added some fiction, creating 13 Miles North.
I hope that this will be the first of many publications under my pen name, Christina Lynne. I currently have two more stories in progress. (Cecil’s Story may be published by the time you read this.) I have many more ideas! I hope you all enjoy my stories.
RubyAnn Stiegelmeier has been helping others as long as she can remember. After her dad died when she was 11, her childhood on their family's farm became a bootcamp in creative problem solving, and writing became her way of trialing long-term strategies. She writes songs, poetry, marketing copy, and books for both children and adults. As the proud aunt of 22 nieces and nephews, she heard the phrase, "auntie, tell us a story!" so many times that the character Sir Rupert was brought to life.
She is passionate about telling stories that highlight creative problem-solving, self-reliance, and cooperation. 'Sir Rupert and the Battle of the Squirrels' is the first published episode in Sir Rupert's many misadventures.
RubyAnn's booth holds the best of both worlds: books and chocolate. She'll be offering her three newest releases along with boxes of her signature truffles made with Belgian chocolate.

In 2018, her debut novel was an American Fiction Award Finalist for Chick Lit/Women's Lit and the 2018 Foreword INDIES Book of the Year Gold Winner in the Romance Category. Her most recent work, a motivational non-fiction, was awarded B.R.A.G. Medallion.

She was raised on a farm in Nebraska, attended Concordia University there, has lived in Detroit, Michigan, St. Paul, Minnesota, and several rural communities in Minnesota. She now lives in Redwood Falls, Minnesota with her husband, Jim. She was the children's librarian in Redwood Falls for a number of years. She enjoys playing the piano, solving word puzzles, volunteering at church, and writing her stories in a room filled with her Noah's arks collection. She wrote Detours, thinking of the many twists and turns her life has taken and knowing that it's God's detours that keep us on track.

She’s also a contributor to Colonial Quills and a member of American Christian Fiction Writers and Faith-Hope-Love Christian Writers. When not cooking, researching, or leaking story from her fingertips, she enjoys being outdoors, basking in the beauty of the northern prairies.
Jessica Berg, a child of the Dakotas and the prairie, grew up amongst hard-working men and women and learned at an early age to “put some effort into it.” Following that wise adage, she has put effort into teaching high school English for two decades, being a mother to four children (she finds herself surprised at this number, too), basking in the love of her husband of more than twenty years and losing herself in the imaginary worlds she creates.
